Jennifer was referred to us by a local agent and we initially worked through email and phone calls, and we were a bit concerned about working with a realtor who we’d never met. All that changed after we met Jennifer and had a face to face conversation. When we were interacting on the phone, we found a few houses on zillow and sent them to Jennifer to add to the list of viewings for the weekend. Within minutes she would respond with more details on the property or recommending us to drop it because the location was not good or the property was not good, etc. We insisted on viewing a few that she recommended against and sure enough, she was 100% right. Jennifer knows the Tahoe area very well. She is to the point, available any time, weekday or weekend. She recognized that we were doing the transaction remotely, so she went over and above our expectations to ensure everything went smoothly, double checked everything for us. She was our eyes and hands in the tahoe area through the entire process.
